HOW DO I ORDER?
To order for nationwide shipping visit our at Goldbelly. Click here to visit our online store. You can select your desired shipping day up to 60 days in advance.
I have a problem with my order or need to change something - who should I speak to?
Goldbelly Customer Service (support@goldbelly.com). Have your order number handy for the quickest response.
cAN I PICK UP A PIECAKEN?
Yes. We have partnered with our ‘Buddy’ at Carlos Bakery to have The PieCaken Available in select locations for pick up. Head to carlosbakery.com, find a bakery near you, and order it online.
WHAT ABOUT FOOD ALLERGIES?
The PieCaken contains pecans, gluten, dairy, eggs and soy. It is made in a bakery that also processes peanuts and other tree nuts.
CAN I GET IT GLUTEN-FREE, WITHOUT NUTS, OR WITH A DIFFERENT PIE IN IT?
The PieCaken is currently available as is and, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate custom orders at this time.
HOW DO I STORE IT?
You can freeze The PieCaken for up to 3 months in its original packaging. Or store it in the fridge for up to a week. Remember to defrost the PieCaken in the fridge overnight.
HOW DO I SERVE IT?
Remove from fridge about 2 hours before you want to serve it. It’s also good cold, but we like to eat it at room temperature. When you are ready to serve and cut it with a warm, sharp knife.
We are having a smaller gathering this year… What if we don’t eat it all?
You can tightly wrap the PieCaken leftover slices and freeze them for up to a month. Or keep them wrapped in the fridge for a week.
How big is it?
8 inches round and tips the scale at 6 pounds. It serves 8 to 12 guests.
How does it ship?
It is shipped frozen, in a cooler with dry ice. Depending on the weather and where you live, the dry ice may have evaporated by the time it arrives, this is totally fine.
Is the PieCaken available year round?
Yes! Our Original T-Day PieCaken is available year-round AND have a specialty PieCaken for every season or holiday. Our Christmas PieCaken, The St PatCaken, The Mother’s Day PieCaken, and we are always coming up with new dessert mashups to celebrate the holidays.
